Q: Do you deliver anywhere in the UK?
A: Yes. We deliver anywhere on the UK mainland and now have extended our hire services throughout Europe.

Q: How much will it cost to have the plants delivered, installed and collected?
A: Please use the 'Delivery Charge' button in the menu. You will just need the first part of the postcode of wherever the venue is situated, then please add this charge to your hire cost.

Q: Does TopiaryShop.co.uk or TopiaryHire.co.uk sell or hire Artificial Plants?
A: No. We believe that even the most convincing of artificial plants are quite simply a poor substitute for the real thing.

Q: What hours and days do you operate regarding the Delivery and Collection of plants?
A: We operate 24/7. It is entirely up to you when you would like to arrange the times and dates. You may incur an out of hours surcharge should you wish to arrange delivery and or collection outside of normal working hours. We only ask that you allow us a 2 hour time slot either side of the arranged times to cover unforseen eventualities such as weather conditions and traffic etc.

Q: I would like to order your plants for my Wedding day but wish to have them delivered and installed the day before. Will I be charged an additional days' hire for this?
A: Not always, no. We are relatively relaxed and understand the importance of a special day such as this. Only in the event that a full 24 hours was required, would a charge be applied.

Q: How do I make payment for Hire?
A: Once you have selected the plants of your choice, the delivery charge according to the postode of the venue, please complete the on-line form in the shopping cart system. We will then contact you as soon as we can to confirm your booking. At this point, we will require a valid credit/debit card and relevant details along with a 50% deposit of the total hire. This is non refundable. The outstanding account will then become due a minimum 7 days prior to the hire commencing.
The 'Total Hire' charge includes the delivery, installation, collection charge + VAT @ 17.5%


Q: Can I avoid paying the Delivery/Collection & Installation charge?
A: Some clients have requested that they collect the plants from us. If you are literally hiring just a pair or 3 plants, then this can sometimes be arranged. However, plants are notoriously difficult to transport and handle, and you become liable for any damage caused. You will also have to position and manovoure the plants once you reach the venue. You will need a large van or lorry, and a selection of trolleys and muscle!
